What's the "Run" command to control what programs start and don't startup when you turn on the computer?

yepp, tons of stuff starts with tyour computer. Some needed to run it, much of it not. Probably a bunch of the programs that came with your computer start up with it. Aim, Winamp, Quicktime plus tons of other stuff likes to start up with your computer.
