Phone Problems

Featured Replies

For the last 3-4 days, we get a "no line" on our caller ID and no dial tone on the phone. I am thinking that it can't be the phone, but I think I will disconnect that and see if our corded phone works.

I am hesitant to call SBC as we have had them out to the house easily 6 times in the last month. We thought it was okay (finally) after the 6th times because no problems. Then the "no line" crap started a few days ago.

Anyone have any ideas on what this could be (phone, loose line, etc)? Our cable and internet run through a cable line (WOW cable). This situation started about 10-14 days after we had the new cable/internet installed.

Thanks for any ideas on this.
