April 1, 200322 yr Look people, I never said it was a bad idea. I may have said that I think Jose needs to be in there a lot, that's just my opinion. I actually think it's good that Jerry is using his bench, I like having Tony G. in there, he gives it 100% all the time, I was just saying that more tinkering could be coming for Jerry Manuel, plus I'm bored since there's nothing to talk about around here since the Sox don't play til tomorrow.... Can't wait for the Sox to light up Affeldt CWSOX45 Calling it "tinkering" gives it a negative conoctation. If a name should be given to it, "smart managing" should be considered. And of course Jose will be in there a lot. If he starts against right handers, he'll be in there about 70% of the time, and the other 30% or so we'll have the very reliable Graffy in there. Sounds like a good situation to be in if you ask me.
April 1, 200322 yr Author Sorry, I don't really think the term tinkerer is a negative thing to say. Just the way I see it, in fact I myself am a tinkerer and move things around a lot in my home. Anyways, I love Graffanino and as I said before I'm glad JM is using the bench. CWSOX45
