April 24, 200520 yr Im tryin to put a picture as my desktop background, but they picture is too big, so it wont fit on the background and i can only see the middle part of it. Is there any way i can resize this image to make it fit perfectly on my desktop background, without it losing quality?
April 24, 200520 yr Open it in paint. Go to image, sketch/skew and change the %'s until it fits (1024 X 768)
