Podsednik is only hitting .254 but his OBP is 100 points higher (.354). That is .41 higher than last year. So his average is low but he has still been a pretty effective leadoff hitter.

 

Iguchi is hitting .333 with a .357 OBP. This guy is looking really good right now. He is 3/4 on stolen bases. The only downside right now is he has 26 hits but only 29 total bases. I dont want him hitting the long ball, but i'd definitely like to see more doubles.

 

Garland is 5-0 with a 1.40 ERA. He has pitched 2 CG SHO in a row. He is not giving up the big inning and he now keeps the ball down and gets lots of ground outs.

 

Konerko is hitting only .218.
