I thought D'Lo should have been safe on that play - wasn't sure if he got a slow jump, ran slow, or was it a great throw - replay looked like he was safe but you aren;t going to be called safe ona  hand tag of the base like that - I was not happy with his slide

My take on that was....when the throw beats you by 5 steps...and the game is already out of reach....the ump has made up his mind before you even slide.

 

DJ was safe....or the play was atleast very close....but I'm not gonna argue. It'd be like arguing over which care you take to work....a Ferrari or a Porsche....but in reality....who the hell cares? You still win in the end.
