For the record, the Dominican Summer League is really the lowest level, but for the primary US-based leagues, sure, Bristol is the lowest level of formal competition.

 

Expert the majority of HS, young Latino, and inexperienced college players to end up there.

 

Sanchez is really the name to watch. The rotation they have set-up is relatively unimpressive...
