My prediction:

Manuel is out of here at the end of 2003, Blackman called in to duty, Kimm could be manager, or even Bobby Valentine.

If Manuel lasts all season, we won't be in the playoffs. That's my prediction and you can take it to the bank.

 

In terms of a successor, I'm all for Backman or an in-house replacement.

My prediction is Manuel stays. I don't think KW sees him as the problem. It is a number of things and centers around poor performance and maybe bad luck. Plus KW would have to admit his off season moves were wrong. I don't think that's going to happen. Manuel showed some real positives as far as making managerial moves to compensate for poor performance by players. I think we just might start seeing some wins. Pay attention this weekend.

jm stays.........hes a jr boy..... if kw does manage to escape the wrath of eddie e ... then ill bet you can look to see some key players outta here if we dont turn this s***ty playing around...... 1. on the kw hit list would be frank thomas.. (ill bet he stays awake nites plotting out his demise ).....2. would be paulie....3. im thinking would be garland (got to get rid of him before he sucks so badly we cant).....3. a few of the minor guys ill bet get moved soon.....(as in moved out of our system for good).... but my biggest hopes is that eddie e has his way and kw is tossed to the curb.........that would seriously make my day........

I say Manuel stays because KW is too committed to him to get rid of his ass
