Hard times happen...

I know this has been discussed and discussed some more...but unlike many other threads, this one is a bit more positive...

I know, I know...the sky is falling...the sky is falling.

We've been waiting for this slump all season long...every team goes through it, and up until now, we had not. It was bound to happen, no matter how much we did not want it to happen...

Look at this way...better now than at the end of September. Besides, as of late, Ozzie is flooding our lineup with 'B' teamers, getting some of our starters rest for the end of season run...this is the worst month to play baseball...the dog days of August, as they call them.

And...even with all this losing, we are 30 games above 500.

30.

I haven't posted here in about three weeks...everyone needs a break from time to time...but now that I'm back, the winning may commence.
