October 19, 200520 yr A news feature on making the bats for the Chicago White Sox - the special edition White Sox bats... sweeeeet. They make 100% of the World Series bats custom for each player on the roster. They make I think like 20 bats each, for each and every player, complete with this year's World Series logo. That was a neat story - especially to see it on the local news in Dallas.

I think they have to use them. It's the same specifications of their own bats for the year - they just put the world series design on them and put the 2005 World Series above their names and all. It was a really neat little story.
