I sent in a deposit form last Monday hoping for tickets to the series - still haven't heard from anyone there!!!!! I did receive an e-mail from an agent - Greg Hodges that would get back to me the next day - that was last Tuesday. I have sent e-mails and left voice messages for him and one of the other agents someone else listed daily with no response. I know they were busy but you would think they would have a better response to people willing to lay out money for season tickets. Is their customer service and agent response normally this bad? I got through today and they said they will be calling prospective season ticket holders starting November 1, FWIW. Also you're credit card should not have been charged and will not be until you talk to an agent over the phone.
