First up is Hellfueled. They are a Swedish band, mixture of great Rock, Sabbath, and Ozzy with Zakk harmonics. I wouldn't call them a "rip-off" as their tunes are really good, and not exactly like the bands that influenced them:

Next is sHeavy. I've loved these guys for years. VERY Sabbath at times, be with better riffs and much more energy, especially on the past few albums. The vocalist has even played with Sabbath at times.
