Our favorite writer again shows he is an idiot

This comes from his top 100 prospects list.

74. Ricky Nolasco, RHP, Cubs, 23

Acquired: 4th round, 2001, Rialto HS (Rialto, CA)

Last season, Nolasco led the Double-A Southern League in strikeouts and also posted a 2.89 ERA. He has command of three pitches, and his fastball rates as a plus offering. In 2004, Nolasco had a 40-inning trial at the Triple-A level, and it didn't go smoothly (40.2 innings, 68 hits, seven homers allowed, 9.30 ERA); so the challenge in 2006 will be to fare better in the PCL the second time around.

I believe Nolasco was traded for Pierre in the off-season. And I thought Dayn Perry was a professional writer, I guess he doesn't do his research. BTW, it was released only 5 hours ago, so its new.

All he does is regurgitate someone else's information, and yes Nolasco is a Marlin.

It probably is not new, it it newly posted but I am sure it was compiled as a Top 100, then 10 prospects are posted at a time. It takes a lot of time for him to cut and paste from all the other sites.
