Winston-Salem, NC - The Winston-Salem Warthogs (22-19) finished off a three game sweep over Lynchburg with a 4-2 win Sunday at Ernie Shore Field. Starter, Jack Egbert, improved to 4-3. Egbert tossed seven innings and gave up one earned run on three hits. Jay Marshall pitched the final our in the ninth for his third save. Derek Hankins went the distance for the Hillcats and dropped to 2-5. Hankins gave up four earned runs on eight hits in eight innings.
