What is bad luck?

Last year the kid gets called up to the majors. He sees one pitch in his major league career and it beans him in the head. He goes out for the year. 2 days ago the Cubs release him.......

That's some bad luck for sure, but i'm sure that he will get picked up soon.

I don't know how good this guy is, but that is unfortunate. Sorta like Josh Stewart who was doing okay for us and then gets a line drive off the chest then started having a lot of health problems.

He cleared waivers in the offseason when the Cubs took him off the 40 man.

He could be the next "Moonlight Graham" story.
