Fort Mill, SC It may have taken Charlotte Knight Ernie Young 16 seasons in the Minor Leagues to reach 300 career homeruns but he didnt waste anytime getting there today. In the bottom of the first inning Young lifted Brian Slocums offering, first pitch fastball, over the left field wall giving the Knights the 2-1 lead.
