Not a comprehensive preview but some names are mentioned, and Sox scouting director Duane Shafer compares 3rd round left Justin Edwards to Gio Gonzalez:

It seems that Shaffer is saying that Edwards will be a fast moving high school in his comp to Gio because he certainly does not have the electric stuff of Gio.
