What do you think of this fantasy trade

i lose chipper jones

I wouldn't do it, but it depends what your needs are.

 

Koch is far from a sure thing and Burrell has been terrible so far this year.

 

I'm sticking with Chipper if it's me. A general rule to remember in fantasy is always take the trade where you are getting the best player involved. In this case, although you're getting two above average players, you're giving up the best player in the deal and that's probably a bad move. I'd try a 1 for 1 for a better player if I was going to deal Chip.

yes, and the thing is, i am currently platooning chipper and palmiero at utility because that is how good my offense is.

 

I am looking at chipper career stats, and he has been going down the last two years
