I cant get audio while watching any game (live or ondemand). Can someone help?

bump. i used a friends laptop and audio worked fine. When i first purchased the package it was working, i may have messed with some settings. any help would be appreciated.

It just sounds like the volume is turned down. Go to your volume control and ensure the master volume and wave volume are not muted or completely off. Also, check the same thing on the player itself, there is a little mute button there. If it still does not work, make sure you have sound when playing something else thru Windows Media Player. Get to that point and let me know.

 

 

 

Some laptops also have a function that is independent to Windows sound; by using "FN" and another key you can disable or adjust the volume. On my laptop, the keys used are PGUP, PGDN, and END. They are not all made like this, but there are some out there.
