Orioles sent RHP Sean Tracey outright to Triple-A Norfolk.

Tracey was claimed off waivers from the White Sox back in March. He was able to clear this time after opening the season with a 7.59 ERA and 12 walks in 10 2/3 innings for Norfolk.
