July 20, 200718 yr I will add one more thing to the mix. When removing the membrane from the back. I used a spoon last time instead of a knife and it worked out great. Then once you get a little corner up, grab it with a paper towel and pull it off.
July 20, 200718 yr I've done Chaos Ribs® twice now - once with baby backs and once with spareribs - and both times they received rave reviews. I'm going to tone down the paprika next time around and maybe add something else, but it's a winner!
July 21, 200718 yr Since I've been married, I haven't had time to rub my beef. We did get a grille for the wedding, however. why are you looking at me like that?
