14 years after they were initially convicted with little to no evidence (court tv case history here: http://www.crimelibrary.com/notorious_murd...is/index_1.html ), they have DNA evidence that does not link any of the 3 convicted people to the murder scene.

 

It has been a highly contested case due to the heinousness of the crime and the controversial/unpopular beliefs of some of the "WM 3".

 

Hip hop hooray to fairness and logic in the legal system. Here's hoping that they get it right the 2nd time around.

Hopefully it will spark something. I dont think they did it. Im not sure how the laws work, but they need to have a re-trial.
