The Fan response Tonight to Buehrle

Featured Replies

This will be Mark Buehrle's first start or appearance in Chicago since his contract extension was announced. What do you think the atmosphere will be like tonight for his walk to the dugout from the bullpen and introduction on the mound be like? Anything like the Frank Thomas return, Scotty Pods making the All-Star team, the Carlton Fisk send-off, or just an regular game thing. I hope its a warm one that makes him feel happy to be back here for 4 more years.

nah pretty old news by this point.....more tigers fans than sox fans tongiht anyways.

The initial announcement and acknowledgment of him re-signing was done at a game where he got a standing O and took a curtain call.

that was an awesome moment live!!

I think MB will get some extra cheers.

If I were there tonight I'd give him a rousing ovation so I suspect plenty of people will do just that.
