July 2, 200322 yr Mets play-by-play man Gary Cohen, speaking on a Chicago radio station Tuesday, called Alomar "a disgrace from the day he arrived." This to me is unprofessonal, Play by play guys have knowq right to rip players after they are traded away from the team. And the worse part about this is that he tried to do it on air during there game yesterday. Before the game started when the anoucers are talking about the pitchers and stuff(7:00 to 7:05), he came on and said something rude and unprofessonal about Alomar. Luckiely his partners stopped and said that new York wasn't the right place for him, tring to be as professonal as they could.

This to me is unprofessonal, that is what passes for sports journalism these days - not anything that is work or news, just trash talk, the biggest insult wins
