It does seem to me to be, at very least, a personal thing with Brian Anderson. Ozzie's "logic" here doesn't hold up: 'I got a bunch of e-mails that said I played the 'Cuban Missile' [rookie Alexei Ramirez in the season opener] because he's Cuban,'' Guillen said. ''Wow, did you see the spring training the 'Cuban Missile' had? You would play him, too." Probably the only person who had a better spring than Ramirez was Anderson. And Anderson is far and away the best center fielder on the team. And has played in the majors before. And wasn't showing, by the end of spring, that pitchers figured out that he can't hit a breaking ball. Address that, Ozzie.
