I did a quick look at our remaining schedule, and it seems that we can avoid pitching our #5 against Boston (Gavin on normal rest Sunday), vs. L.A. and at New York.

The one bad game that I came up w/ is possibly @ MN - Not sure if there is a way around that w/o doing someone on short rest.

 

Am I right about this?

It seems like the #5 will face Cleveland, Toronto, KC, and MN as the schedule currently sits.
