Why do I show up as an Anonymous User

I am a newbie to the board and I was wondering why I show up as an anonymous user and not as a member? :huh:

 

It does show that I am logged in, but it never shows me as a member browsing a board, just as anonymous. I have went into "my controls" to see if it is a switch that I set, but I don't see one.

 

Any help would be appreciated.
