Chapman, who turns 22 in February, is still very raw, which is why he's no lock to pitch in the majors this season, however he possesses one of the game's best fastballs -- clocked at over 100 mph -- and a plus-slider, to boot. The lanky lefty will reportedly make around $1 million in 2010, so it could be a hefty total should he not match expectations later on, but this is ultimately a small price to pay with a player of Chapman's considerable potential. link
