Quad Cities WQAD-TV Moline, Channel 8-3 (my network TV)

Peoria / Bloomington, IL WAOE Peoria, Channel 59 (my network TV)

Quincy / Hannibal WGEM-TV Quincy, Channel 10-2 (The CW) - not confirmed

South Bend WSJV Elkhart, IN, Channel 28-2 (H&I Heroes & Icons) *

Fort Wayne WANE-TV, Channel 15-2 (Antenna TV) *

The game on Tuesday night is supposed to air on Quincy station WGEM-TV, Channel 10-2, however the schedule at the station's website and other listings indicate normal CW programming. If the listings are a mistake, the game will be the first WGN Sports telecast of the season airing in the 'Quincy / Hannibal' market.

Also, the WGN telecast won't be airing in the 'Springfield / Decatur / Champaign' market, which is a shame because of the high local interest of both teams in that area. But I think the Cardinals' regional sports network (Fox Sports Midwest) is available in that area to viewers who pay for cable or satellite.
