For anyone who may be interested, our Birmingham Barons travel to Pensacola for a nationally televised game, airing live Sunday where available. The telecast is the minor league game of the week, produced and distributed by American Sports Network (owned by Sinclair Broadcast Group). In many mid-size markets, the game will air on free, over-the-air TV stations which are owned or operated by Sinclair, as well as other TV stations. Also, cable / satellite Regional Sports Networks will air the game in some markets, which is the case in Chicago.

Birmingham Barons (White Sox) at Pensacola Blue Wahoos (Reds)

Stadium: Pensacola Bayfront Stadium

Announcers: Dave Armstrong, Keith Moreland, Brian McRae

For any viewers across the country, to find out if the telecast is available in your area, type your zip code in the box at this link:

For Chicago area cable / satellite viewers, the game is airing Sunday, August 9th at 5PM Central on 'Comcast SportsNet Chicago Plus' and a repeat will air at Midnight Central. Chicago area channel numbers for CSN+ are shown on the grid at this link. CSN viewers located outside of the Chicago area, can type in a zip code at the box in the lower left:
