Does anyone have experience with refinancing their student loans? I've heard of Sofi and CommonBond, among others. I'm not sure if these things are scams or are legitimate.

 

I have some private loans from undergrad that are killer. One of them was an $8,000 loan I got senior year. I paid $25/month on it for more than four years through and after law school before having to start full repayment. The principal was up to to $9,600 at that point.
