Player-written guest article, by Jeremy Dowdy

We have another player-written guest post up, part of our series. This one is written by catcher Jeremy Dowdy, who has been all over the system in the past few years. He writes about the relationship between catchers and pitchers.

Dowdy, having handled nearly every arm in the system at some point, plays a key role akin to coaching, in developing the organization's pitchers. Also, as it turns out, he's a darn good writer. It's worth the read.
