Channel 23-3 WIFR Freeport / Rockford will be airing all 55 White Sox games and 1 pre-season game produced by WGN Sports. Channel 23-3 is an affiliate of a new network named 'Justice Network' which is not available in Chicago yet.

In recent years, the Rockford affiliate for Sox telecasts seems to change each season:

2016: Channel 23-3 WIFR (Justice TV) 55 games + 1 pre-season

2015: Channel 13-3 WREX (Me TV) 55 games

2014: Channel 17-2 WTVO (my network TV) 25 games

2013: Channel 17-2 WTVO (my network TV) 25 games

2012: Channel 23-2 WIFR (AccuWeather '23 Weather Now') 6 games in September and October

Today WGN Sports released their 2016 Sox broadcast schedule. A change I noticed this season is that the 1 pre-season game against the Cubs with Sox announcers is also airing on TV stations outside Chicago:
