October 29, 200421 yr It's ridiculous. From what I was told when I got to work this morning, the wife has been all over saying he was railroaded. Seems from her behaviour prior to his arrest was rather suspicious. While I don't think she had much to do with it, I do think she knew from the get go.

'accidently' hit his daughter in the head with a door, killing her b. panicked and thought of staging a kidnapping c. to make the story more believable, he sexually assaulted her d. didn't tape her up or gag her e. threw her into the river Investigators found her a. in a river taped and gagged b. with forensic proof that she was alive before she was dumped into the river c. with forensic proof that there was not enough trauma to the head to cause death d. sexually assaulted, with DNA evidence that will link the assault to her Dad.
