I think Jermemy Hermidia has been the most impressive player so far this year in the Southern League: Jeremy: .314 10 HR 31 RBI 43 BB 37 K 9 SB Delmon: .335 9 HR 38 RBI 18 BB 42 K 19 SB Joel: . 289 10 HR 35 RBI 22 BB 50 K 3 SB Whoever is Delmon's weight trainer is I want to work with him. Delmon had to lose atleast 10 pounds of fat since April and that must be whats helping with the SB total. Hermida's BB total is crazy. Guzman is learning to take walks .....

Due to the Southern League schedule, I might miss both Sweeney and Fields if they tear it up in the 1st half.
