I know it's not popular, but you can't blast Ozzie's decision too much. If this team were fighting for 3rd place with the tigers then that would be different, but with the team he wanted he's in a battle for 1st place and would probably be in 1st if it weren't for the collapse of the bullpen (nothing to do with Kotsay there). Could a better DH option than Kotsay have made a big difference? Yes, I would agree. But again, it's not like we're out of it.
