He's not downplaying it, but he's also not "applauding" it either. That line can be read very neutrally. "Then they did this, then they did that..." You guys can't, but reasonable people can.

Considering Wade has taken pay cuts the last 3 contracts, that'd be pretty s***ty of Miami not to pay him for his final one.

ESPN reporting Wade wants 2 for 50 and that the Bulls and Nuggets are still talking. That's a hard pass there.

Apparently it's based on ineffective assistance of counsel because she didn't cross examine the prosecution expert on the cell phone data.... I kinda have a problem with that. The jury found an eye witness, Jay, credible. A judge 15 years later shouldn't be overturning that.
