day was doing good before this outing, so why bring him in and risk him losing confidence when struggling like he just did? why not either 1. bring in boone or jenks to make sure it will be a W for the sox or 2. bring in somebody like prinz or bukvich to hopefully get a 1-2-3 inning and to boost their confidence

i would love to get billingsley from LA. he was a top 5 prospect back in 05-06. if im not mistaken, he has a 3 quarters arm angle and throws about 94-95. correct me if im wrong
