Well, Well, Well - We now all know who the real Sammy Sosa is now, don't we! He is just artificial and a cheater. ISN'T THAT SPECIAL! He has to use CORK in his BAT in order to stay up at the Major League level. Well, Well, Well.
Well throw away his career RBI and HR stats because he had to "juice" up his bat his whole career to get those numbers. This debate about Sammy & Maggs is now over! Maggs has better RBI stats than Sammy whether or not Sammy is using "juice" on his bat or something else to give him an unfair advantage!
By the way, there is a rumor going around that anyone who brings "CORK" to the Cubs/Sox series at Comiskey Park will now get in at HALF PRICE!
ISN'T THAT SPECIAL!

Not only is Ordonez 46% more productive than Sosa this year but I guess I am the only one willing to do the RBI stats for the first 6 MLB seasons for these two. Cortison, I am surprised you have not shown these incredible RBI stats!
Let's compare total RBI's for Sosa & Ordonez during their first six major league seasons.
Ordonez = 11+65+117+126+113+135=567 total
Sosa= 3+10+13+70+33+25=154 total
These are astonishing stats. Magglio is 368% more productive than Sosa during both of their first 6 major league baseball seasons. Magglio could take 3-4 major league seasons off and still be ahead of Sammy in RBI's. Sosa could not even drive in 100 or more runs until his 9th major league baseball season.
This figure is just incredible and as a Cub fan I am embarrassed my fellow Cub fans on this board would even try to defend Sammy after looking at this outrageous stat!

TO ALL,
OK I am willing to lay all the stats on the table. Here are Maggs & Sammy’s stats. Sammy has played longer than Maggs so has higher career numbers. Maggs is ahead of Sammy’s career pace thru both of their first six years in MLB. If you look at the stats over the last 3 years Sammy and Maggs are similar. My point is today Maggs is a better all around right fielder. Sammy is now on the down side of his career bell curve and Maggs is still climbing up that bell curve and has not yet reached its peak.

Thanks,
