Again for the mentaly retarded here...........I never said I want 100% Nix to play 3rd base...........This was all about if Kenny moves Alexie and Beckham gets moved to SS...............Which is not outrages since ...for the last time is his NATRUAL position.

How many HR's did he have last year in a limited amount of AB's??

If he hits .260 with 22 hrs playing avarage 3rd base..and maybe 80 RBI's ..........What would you say then?

When he gets 500-600 at bats and hits .220 then i will belive you untill then,its all speculation on my part and yours...........

I think Nix can handle 3rd base ....thats all and you dont fine.

Because Ozzie put him there out of need and lo and behold he did ok at 3rd........My god youd think your asking an infilder to play Quarterback in the NFL.

Did you think Uribe can play 3rd base, when he was playinG SS?

And this based on the fact he got 600 AB's at MLB level.........WTF?

I personaly belive Beckham can handle any poistion in the infield at MLB level.........

So according to a lot of people Nix is a very good second baseman and that makes him totaly ineligable to play 3rd,correct?

My point was I heard Beckham on the radio very recently and he said he PREFERRED to play short out all the positions he can play.And YES i trust him since he's played the DAMN position before.

If your talking to me .........Yes..........I would trade Alexie and if I dont trade him for a stud 3rd basmean I would have no problem playing Nix at 3rd..........Now would that make him better then Beckham at 3RD I Dont know,but Beckaham at SS a POSITION he's played all his life is not out of the question.
