Dear Season Ticket Holders,

 

As the MLB regular season comes to a close, many of you have asked about

refunding procedures for the playoffs. Once the regular season is officially

closed, refunds will be done in 10-12 weeks- most likely sooner- by the White

Sox box office. Please note that you will be refunded in the manner in which you

selected: credit money towards 2004 season tickets or a direct refund via method

of payment (credit card or check). I cannot expedite this timeline and provide

immediate refunds. If you have a serious conflict with this policy, you can let

me know and I will direct you to our Manager of Sales.
