And I'm predicting the sun will set in the west just like I predicted in July that this team wouldn't make the postseason in '03 with JM as the manager.

 

If I was KW, I would have fired JM on 05/25 after losing 2 of 3 to Detroit..... one of those losses being 1-0.

actually he should have been fired on April 12 when the Sox became the first team to lose to the Tigers, a horrid sign of what was to come.

 

and if that didn't see the deal, the three game sweep in Comerica in early July, when the Sox scored three runs in three games, should have.

Plus they can say that he needs to have the benefit of the second half acquisitions for a full season. There is a better chance that you will be managing the Sox than there is that Jerry will.
