He will have to hit because he apparently is terrible in the field.

Yeah, hopefully with time he becomes playable at third. I wouldn't mind trying him in left like we are with Delmonico.

8 errors in 12 games last season at 3b in GF. Lots of work to do there.

Ideally the sox lock up Abreu to play DH/1B and one of Delmonico/Davidson/Collins(if he cant catch)/Burger/Sheets/Yurchak figure it out for the other position.
