Yeah these guys aren't even likely to be part of the first competitive Sox teams in 2020 or probably even 2021. Most would come after that, as a sort of following wave. A few might be rapid risers, which is always good, but most won't be.

There is probably more like 2022 to 2023 for most of the 17/18 year olds.
