it really underscores that the problem is ownership.

Reds are tied with us - 1, 5.  They won the WS in 1990.   

Cubs have 10 playoff appearances not 7 since 1981.

84,89,98.03,07,08,15,16,17,18.

It worse than this.

White Sox fewest playoff appearance since the beginning of baseball.
