The neighborhood enables it. A bunch of college-aged assclowns on display. When, say, the Bulls won championships, there were nare-do-wells of all ages; a bunch of drunken crazy MF's. I look at the celebrations after the Cubs beat ATL and I was thinking "I wouldn't fit in with that crowd...whoever the hell they are..."

What can be said that anybody here hasn't already thought of when subjected by FOX to watch those JARF's.
