after watching the Michigan games against Oregon and Iowa, and a good part of the game against Minnesota, trust me, I know how you are feeling -

and just saying this friend to friend - I don't normally care about the Miami-FSU game but knowing how dearly you love FSU, I was just sitting here knowing how it hurts to watch when it goes wrong and sending some good thoughts your way, and FSU's way...

Its not over yet.......

Thanks, I actually watched the first half and the first five minutes of the second half and I had to get away from it. I knew eventually they would make it a game but I was getting so pissed off I had to leave or I was going to explode/implode.

 

That was the worst half of offense I've ever seen that team play. Plus there was the punt they had to redo because a miami fan had blown a whistle, and the next one got blocked. There was the accidental onside kick, which may or may not have been caught in bounds. Rix continues to frustrate the hell out of everyone, and I wonder how long before the players call for Fabian Walker. He is just so inconsistent.

 

There's no way anyone can say this team is overrated, however. They started 12th in the polls, and they worked their way up by winning games. This defense had only given up 37 pts in 5 games (only 3 touchdowns) and despite being put in awful situations the whole first half, they only gave up 12 points (one TD was a miami INT). They are why this team will succeed, but they can't win with a half like they got out of the offense.

 

But this team is still one season removed from five losses, I will give them a little leeway when it comes to beating Miami. If we beat Notre Dame and Florida, win the ACC and get a BCS game I'll be happy.

Lol, I'm not that nice. I was watching the first half just wondering what was going on in Spiff's mind. I'm sure ever swear word possible had to be said.

 

That said I was rooting for the Noles.
