Hopelessness

Featured Replies

Its not just this season. The Twins and Guardians will dominate the central for the foreseeable future. They understand the importance of advanced scouting, invest in minor league coaching, and apply analytics to all their levels. Its a well oiled machine for sure. Have an injury? Here comes a fundamentally sound baseball player to take his place. Oh, they hit home runs too.

The Sox believe in TWTW, nepotism, the worst farm system in baseball, belittling their fans, telling their hitters to "go get em", foregoing defense and fundamentals, and holding on to old traditional baseball philosophy. "Just hit it where they aint, dont do too much".

The window is closing quick and we will return to the dark ages. What kind of future do the Sox have here? Not a good one considering how far back they are in how the game is evolving. KC will give us a run for last place, if theres an organization as lost as us its them.

Forgive the hopeless rant, this wasnt what i was expecting after suffering through the 2010s. All for nothing.
