October 29, 200322 yr Yas, I would not only eat crow, I would marinate it, bake it with stuffing, and baste it with butter, and invite every other Garland dectractor to have a "crow banquet." I would LOVE to have Garland win 18 games. But he has yet to hit the 15-win plateau. Let's hope he tastes it this year. We're going to need him more than ever. Garland might just be our wild card.
October 29, 200322 yr I can't wait till Garland wins 18 games next year and makes a nice side dish of crow for all you guys to chow down on. Just so there are no misunderstandings, this is NOT a prediction. Just something I'd love to see happen. It can happen, too. But I'd guess 2005 for that first 18 game season.
October 29, 200322 yr Let's hope that Garland finds his muse and gets that 18-win season NEXT year. It's unlikely, but let's hope anyways. Garland stinks, IMO, and he'll never be a superstar, but he's better than Matt Karchner, isn't he?
