For the third straight season, no White Sox players received a 1st through 3rd place vote.

Roland Hemond acquired two ROY players for Jerry before being dumped for Hawk Harrelson after the 1985 season. Dave Gallagher in 1988 was the last White Sox Domestic Player with one or more first place votes, and he wasn't drafted by the White Sox.

Britt Burns, Ross Baumgarten, Bucky Dent and Carlos May are the four White Sox drafted and earning 1 or more first place votes as a rookie with the White Sox in team history. zero since Jerry bought the team prior to the 1981 draft. Glad they are doing things Jerry's way.
